Profile:
* Hardware and Software Installations and configurations on Intel / Sparc Platforms
* Understanding and troubleshooting in Linux / Solaris
* Knowledge of C, Shell and Perl Script
* Working knowledge of TCP/If and troubleshooting in LAN / WAN Environment
* Working experience in Network Management Systems like HP OpenView, Tivoli, CA Unicentre desirable
* Awareness of Network Operation Centre (NOC) processes and Help Desk Management Experience with Quality
* Systems and various levels of certification processes
Educational Qualification: ME/M Tech/MS/B.E/B.Tech (Computer Science/Information Technology/ Electrical and Electronics/ Electronics and Communication)
Experience: 4-7 years
