  Job Description
The Network Engineers, 2nd / 3rd Line, Install, Support, Implementation, Design, BAU, CCNA, CCDA will provide support at a high technical level and is also responsible for the provision of technology and IT advice and services. The role is often project-based and based at customer sites or on a multiple site basis.

The Network Engineers, 2nd / 3rd Line, Install, Support, Implementation, Design, BAU, CCNA, CCDA will be involved technically and professionally in the fixing vulnerabilities of the networks and its systems architecture as well as the development and integration of overall solutions. Activities will include in depth' analysis (both for high and lower level solutions), testing/integration and maintenance/support as well as consultancy.

The Network Engineers, 2nd / 3rd Line, Install, Support, Implementation, Design, BAU, CCNA, CCDA will need to have the following Skills and Experience:

Extensive experience of supporting Cisco Solutions
Minimum CCNA certified ideally CCDA
Hands-on, implementation experience.
The ability to liaise with key technical people, product lines and the key suppliers
Good planning skills.
Knowledge of Cisco software release processes and software licensing policies.
The ability to design hardware replacements in line with current WAN and LAN technology patterns.
The ability to work closely with design and project staff
