Strong Social Media understanding with demonstrable experience in implementing a cross market strategic approach.
Ability to forge strong business relationships with a diverse group of internal and external partners
Strong Leadership capability and ability to manage a team
An industry leader with insight into key recruitment trends and an appetite for constant learning in this field
Demonstrated relationship and consultancy skills at all levels
Superior interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to present on subject matter
Bachelor's Degree in Business, or related field; Master's degree/MBA in Business, or related field preferred
