Qualifying the Leads.
Client Servicing and relationship management to ensure upgrading of existing relationship and continuity of existing projects.
Coordinating with manager to close the lead and to achieve the targets defined.
Preparing RFP (Request for Proposal), RFQ (Request for Questionnaire), RFI (Request for Information).
Sourcing new business from existing and new clients.
Mapping client needs with organizations service offerings. Designing proposals and client acquisition.
Manage Negotiation and Closure
Encouraging and building mutual trust, respect, and cooperation among team members.
Performing day-to-day administrative tasks such as maintaining information files and processing paperwork.
Knowledge of IT HW Ecosystem SAN, NAS, Virtualization, Blade and Rack Servers, Infrastructure Software Solutions.
Experience in selling products for HP/IBM/DELL/SUN.
Exceptional communication skills, presentation, negotiation and management skills, strong business work ethic, positive attitude and professional demeanor required
Proven people skills with effective experience in training, managing, mentoring and evaluating direct sales reports as assigned in a services industry focus (intangible product set).
