Desired Candidate Profile:
Experience of 1 to 3 Yrs in Non IT Staffing
Education Qualification: B.Tech (Mechanical)
Should have hands on experience on complete End to End Non IT Recruitment process (domestic)
Strong working knowledge of Contract and Contract to Hire staffing
Strong knowledge on various verticals like Oil, Manufacturing,Engineering,Petrochemical, Aerospace.
Strong communication skills, interpersonal skills and teamwork. Must have a positive attitude that quickly adapts to process changes and improvement suggestions. Highly result-oriented, accountability and ownership.

Key Responsibilities:
Hardcore end to end technical recruitment.
Detailed analysis of the JD - to understand the client's requirement thoroughly.
Sourcing profiles and closing the client requirements through Portals/Social Networking Sites/Internet/headhunting/references.
Scheduling the shortlisted profiles for interview and ensuring following up.
Candidate Selection, offer negotiation and follow up with joining to ensure the on boarding.
Handling various requirements simultaneously.
Understanding of their respective client's process.
Maintains own database"
