  Job Description
We are a highly successful, quality-focussed medium sized recruitment company that operate successfully across a number of market sectors with a diversity that includes top 10 investment banks, a dozen London local authorities, several top IT service companies and Times Top 200 corporates. As a result of this success, we require a Recruitment Assistant to help us with a number of prospective hires for the organisation. This will encompass admin, marketing and Recruitment Consultant roles.

The role will encompass :
- CV shortlisting based on the criteria laid down by the hiring managers
- Telephone interviewing prospective candidates where required
- Searching job boards, Linkedin and other tools for prospective candidates for the company
- Arranging face - face interviews
- Being part of a face-face interview panel if required
- Helping with job offer and referencing paperwork
- Chasing reference where required

To be considered for this role you will need the following commercial experience :
- Previous experience of both telephone and face-face interviewing candidates formally (min. 1 year)
- Experience of using LinkedIn
- Experience of using job boards
- Experience of the administrative side of recruitment
- Chasing references and referencing procedures
