Business Development Manager
Creating a continuous pipeline of prospective clients across India and global locations through
extensive industry research, database reference and networking.
Pitching the clients for product demos and scheduling prospective meetings
Attending initial sales meetings and understanding the needs of prospective clients
Demonstrating to the clients how the software fulfils their business needs
Identifying gaps between client needs and software features and presenting your findings to a
technical team to act on, and then to the client
Making proposals and converting prospects to clients
Work with Technical Department to ensure successful product implementation and data
Manage customers through the sales life cycle and ensure high user satisfaction through
timely issue resolution.
The role will require a high degree of travel in India and possibly overseas
Good Communication, Interpersonal and Presentation Skills. Ability to demonstrate the features of a software product.
Good Client management skills.
Good Networking abilities
Good working knowledge of MS Windows, MS Office, Email and Internet Browsing
Graduate in Engineering, Sciences or Commerce. A MBA in Sales or Business Administration is an advantage.
