Branch Profitability assessment, tracking MIS and visit to assigned area (under branch) on regular basis.
Branch performance review on regular intervals
Daily tracking for chronic cases and discussion with Field Executive.
Developing new strategies for increasing business volumes and taking collection in a systematised manner.
Regular Decision making on statutory issues.
Filtering the branch issues to the concerned process owner.
Relationship with dealers fro business group.
Collect data on activities of competitors, Auto dealers, life/ Asset insurance company activities.
Improve relationship with dealers and strategize to increase the market share in MandM, non MandM and MUL.
Correspond with defaulters, dealers, RTO, Police on daily affairs.
Performance appraisal of team members on regular basis and Feed back.
Responsible for overall growth of Branch
He should give the market feedback, feedback about the competitors,
He is responsible for the up gradation of skill / knowledge of his team members
Should have an experience in Auto Loan/Vehicle loan/Car loan.
Good networking skills
Good product knowledge
Should understand the market very well
Good relationship with the dealers
