  Job Description
Skill Sets:
Sound knowledge of Microsoft Visio, Power point.
Good knowledge of social media platforms and experience implementing marketing strategies.
5+ Years of experience in online marketing, Online promotions through blogs, Social Media platforms like LinkedIn, Twitter, Facebook, Google, etc.
Understanding of the complete sales cycle for software solutions and services and possessing consultative selling approach.
Passion for marketing, business development, sales and driving revenue.
Excellent communication (both oral and written), negotiation and interpersonal skills.
A team player motivated by individual and team achievement.
Highly organized with ability to work in dynamic work environment.
Candidates with prior knowledge of SharePoint solutions may get preference.
A minimum of 5 Years of relevant IT Inside Sales, marketing, business development, Outbound Sales/Account Development experience.
Willing to work in shifts.

Deliverables:
Responsible for developing the annual overall Marketing budget plan to drive sales volumes in support of marketing objectives.
Strategic Planning: Planning the marketing strategy for a solution, service, business, or region.
He needs to extend necessary Support, guidance to junior team in writing marketing collateral such as product/ solution Brochures, Datasheets, Whitepapers, and Case Studies etc.
Manage all solutions/ services collateral on website.
Produce regular reports on the website performance, and if performance is not at optimum provide recommendations for business enhancement.
Monitor and report on customer journey to ensure that conversation is maximized.
Effective evolution of marketing opportunities.
Conceptualization of eMailer and monitoring key matrices for mass emailing campaigns.
Generate revenue for the company through leads generated by marketing or by way of own individual efforts.
Demonstrated understanding of solution selling techniques and selling software solutions to business customers.
Capable of building strong, collaborative internal and customer BDM relations without ever meeting in person.
Execute strategic call and email campaigns around new solution/ services launch, webinars.
Present and demonstrate required solutions/ services to customers via the phone/web meetings.
Generate and maintain a healthy pipeline to ensure that the QTRLY/Annual revenue targets are achieved.
Work cross-functionally with solutions and services team in order to drive revenue for the company.
Contact all new leads within 24-48 hours and qualify diligently.
Drive awareness into the account base through regular email campaigns and drive attendance to live and online webinars.
Build, retain and expand customer relationships using marketing, telephone, email and other inside-based means.
Prospect and identify opportunities and qualify them.
