  Job Description
Overall Accountability:
Drive Customer Satisfaction improvements through the proactive use of Project Kick-off Meeting, Mid-Order Review (MOR), increase communications with Project Sales and customer meetings.

Provide support Order Acquisition and Order Fulfillment Groups in the proposal and order fulfillment stages of the project, and when placing Inter-company Orders.

Participate in mitigating disagreements between Operations for Inter-company Orders, setting an example of impartiality and commitment to energize others to work similarly in the future and to achieve higher level of performance and cooperation.

Drive the Contract Change Management process to increases in Gross Margins and eliminate Liquidated Damages (LD) through schedule changes.

Participate in eliminating LD with the BUs. Maintain records of customer delays and changes

Conduct bi-monthly formal project reviews with the sites that are participating on your project.

Develop Lesson Learned (LL) on your projects to improve performance and to eliminate repeating the same issue on future projects. Communicate the LL to all other departments, so that the mistakes can be avoided at all stages.

Position Requirements:
• Degree in engineering discipline.
• 10 to 12 years or more experience in Project management / Application Engineering / Sales, in a
Control Valve industry with specific experience in sizing and selection of valves
• Fluent in English and in Communication skills
• PC proficient (Microsoft Office)
• Responsive to customer's needs
• Excellent organizational skills
• Excellent interpersonal skills
• Ability to meet tight deadlines as required
• Ability to work in a team oriented environment
