Instruct new hires and continuing education program specifictraining, communication and culture training
Utilize effective presentation and facilitation skillsincluding creative training techniques and adult/accelerated learningtechniques using a variety of training delivery modalities in a live classroomenvironment
Complete daily training administrative work such as trackingof student data, timekeeping, and other administrative tasks as required in atimely and accurate manner.
Facilitate transition of students from training to workenvironment, ensuring competency levels meet business needs
Adhere to developed classroom agenda/timelines and contentflow.
Maintain current product knowledge for each account
