  Job Description
Qualifications and Required Skills:

· Ability to multi-task effectively with various levels of client and project team members
·Analytical ability – strategic and financial, business cases
· Communication skills – oral and written, client facing poise
· Results driven with attention to detail
· Ability to work independently and in a group for the success of the project
· Bachelor's Degree (4 years) from an accredited College or University
· 2-3 Years of experience gathering business requirements and performing business analysis for small to medium size IT projects.
· Experience with use cases, process flows, BRD, FRD, test plans, test cases/scenarios, etc.
· Ideal project experiences include Web development, Business and Functional Requirement facilitation, capture and documentation, user experience, user Interface design, and testing.
·Rational and methodology frameworks like Agile are a plus.
