  Job Description
Experience of selling IT Services - online sales (web development,
website designing, SEO services)
Experience of Dealing international and Domestic market
Efficient to make strategies and plans for increasing sale

Role and Responsibilities

- Business Development-Identification of new business opportunities and generating target based revenues from new customer acquisitions.
- Excellent written and spoken English for interaction with Domestic/international clients and understanding of regional sensibilities.
- A street smart attitude, with the ability to take charge of interactions, presentations and converting sales pitches into business.
- A track of developing long term accounts for the company.
- Strong teamwork skills, Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Target oriented and Aggressive as there will be value (business generated) based monthly/quarterly benchmarks that will have to be met.

Skills Required

- Should have an experience in sales, business development of web solutions and understand the industry very well.
- Should have a very clear understanding and knowledge of the digital space and the potential of World Wide Web with respect to brand marketing, sales, consumer interaction and clear understanding of the nature of services and solutions that can be offered on this medium.
- To look at business opportunities in the Domestic/ international market for offshore development and outsourcing.
- Independent charge of the complete sales cycle
- Going through a process of identifying prospects through various means.
- Independent meetings which will involve putting together intuitive presentations, project pitches for solutions being pitched.
- Ability to think about possibilities that can be proposed for an effective web solution.
- Basic technical level understanding of web solutions, application development, digital media and online brand marketing.
- Follow-ups with clients and Account management.
- Think up new ideas (what more to offer) for new projects with existing customers
Regular interaction with existing clients for project deliveries.
- Develops and Execute plans to maximize sales and revenue.
- Marketing collateral content writing, working with design and tech teams to execute. E.g. writing marketing content for a mailer/flier/brochure/website.
- Closing deals using e-mails, phone, web conferencing, client visits and presentations.
- To be able to present, prepare detailed proposal documents, commercial presentations
- To keep in touch with the latest trends on digital media, website communications, development trends, designs and new online marketing opportunities.
- A thorough understanding of the outsourcing business model and offshore services.
- A good use and understanding of marketplaces like elance, guru, etc
- Self-motivated and capable of making commitments, setting priorities, and delivering results on time
