  Job Description

* Very Good Communication Skills

Primary Responsibility:
General:
To develop and implement the business plan for the entire zone and achieve targeted profitability
To coordinate all sales related tasks and activities for the zone with the corporate sales teams
Identify opportunities, propose solutions to Customers in with the consultations with the technical/operational teams
On an average daily basis minimum of 60 80 cold calls per day to US market
Build relationship with 'C' level / decision-makers at Clients site and potential customers
Identify potential Clients for Projects / IT Solutions needs
Exceed Sales Targets on an on-going basis
Acquire and Manage Enterprise Accounts (Top 5000)
Will carry revenue target in these accounts
Capable of developing good local contacts in the zone

Lead Generation:
Direct and Indirect lead generation, Sell IT services
Tele-calling, Be able to handle FAQ's on our business
Generate observing emerging technologies across domains and other verticals
Leverage existing sales collaterals and support to build new sales collaterals
Engaging and Interacting with ' C ' Level CEO, CIO, CTO, or ' V or D ' level VP/ Director Development executives in regional and national markets and qualifying the lead
Understand the prospect/ clients pain points
Immediate business needs, budgets, time frame for outsourcing project
Understanding client's organization, technologies, products, and domain
Preparing the sales pitch based on their pain points and our value proposition
Work with pre-sales technical and domain experts
Understanding of the entire region/zone; Market Assessment, opportunity size, Ecomnets service offerings in various verticals Generating Leads and Building the Sales Pipeline in those regions
Be able to articulate Ecomnets Services and Value Proposition

Secondary Responsibility:
Interact on regular basis with other teams within Ecomnets to translate opportunities
Build business relationships through networking, cold calling and leads generation program

Mandatory Technical Skills:
Adequate knowledge of Managed Hosted Services, Network Security, data Center and Remote IT Infrastructure Management and related terms and technologies
Create business opportunities for Ecomnets in all domains of Manufacturing, Banking, Financial Services, Insurance, Telecom and IT, Pharma, Healthcare, Life Science and brick and mortar sectors

Desired Technical Skills:
Profiles having sales experience in IT industry at any given point in their career will be preferred
Must be in a frontline sales position in the technology sector
Familiarity with the software services or IT markets and trends
