Client Care Executive
Working for a leading Accountancy firm working as part of their Client Care department.
Your role with involve supporting our Client Satisfaction programme.
-Collating detailed feedback from a high number of organisations
-Manage the day-to day process of initiating, gathering and circulating client feedback
-Drive awareness among internal stakeholders
-Work closely with external suppliers
-Update the CRM database and use Excel extensively
You will have ideally worked in a similar professional services environment previously, working as an Analyst or Marketing Information, B2B Marketing or Client Care teams.
You will have strong attention to detail and ideally have used CRM systems or InterAction previously. The ideal candidate will be a proactive worker and be able to communicate at all levels.
