  Job Description
Should have experience in handling end to end US recruitment, contract staffing, contract to hire Positions with a proven track record.
Excellent experience working on Job portals like Dice,Monster, Social networking sites, head hunting etc to get the right profiles matching the requirements at the shortest possible time.
Should be familiar with all visa and Tax terms (W2 Hourly, 1099, Corp to Corp).
Should have experience working with direct clients.
Understanding the Job Requirement, quickly source and select the best Consultant, Negotiate rates, get the feedback, schedule interviews etc.
Follow up with candidate till the date of joining.
Negotiates salaries with candidates and negotiates pay rates with subcontracting companies and close the position.
Arranges for client interviews and possible offer of employment.
Assist Account Manager(s)/Team Lead with urgent technical requirements.
Responsibilities:

Identify qualified technical people for our direct clients in USA.
Create a pipeline of qualified technical resources.
Create and Maintain candidate tracking.
Source Candidates.
Interview qualified resources.
Negotiate Pay Rates.
Interview Scheduling.
Experience:
Minimum 1 – 5 Years of Experience in US IT recruitment.

Language skills:
Excellent writing, editing, and oral communication skills in English.

Qualification/Certifications
Right Attitude with excellent negotiation and communication skills. We don't really mind about the educational certificates.
