Lead SAP Analyst
Experience, Skills, Educational Requirements:
Overall IT experience 10+ years with a least 8 years applications analysis and software development, design, support experience is required, preferably within ERP package systems.
A candidate will have participated in SAP PP-PI, SAP PM, SAP WM and/or SAP QM business definition for at least 2 full project life cycle implementations.
A minimum of 3 years of SAP PP-PI, SAP PM, SAP WM and/or SAP QM configuration experience is required.
Experience with Calibration is a plus.
Validation of GMP systems.
Understanding of GMP and GLP regulations and associated requirements for IT systems.
Excellent understanding of SAP from business process, cross functional and integration view points.
Ability to perform timely root cause analysis.
Working knowledge of SAP PP-PI, SAP PM, SAP WM and/or SAP QM Transactions and Master Data are required.
Working knowledge of the integration between SAP PP-PI, QM, and MM is required.
Experience with MII and XSteps is a definite plus.
Must be experienced with SAP 6.0 or later.
Proven ability to foster collaboration and a customer centricity focus.
Must possess the necessary leadership, confidence and assertiveness to remove barriers to the team's progress, as well as the discernment to escalate, when needed.
Ability to work with all areas of IT including outsourced suppliers, vendor and contractors.
Ability to effectively interact with employees, business users and consultants at multiple geographies, sites and globally.
Ability to effectively manage with and without direct authority.

Flexibility to travel.
SAP PP-PI, SAP PM, SAP WM or SAP QM Certification is a major plus.
Knowledge of and ability to debug ABAP is a plus.
ITIL Certification is a plus.
Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Services, or Computer Science is required.
Preferred experience in Life Sciences industries (Pharmaceutical, Medical Devices, Medical Products, Biotech).
