  Job Description
· Create key documents for the system, including system user guides, operations manuals, interface control documents (ICDs), and on boarding documentation.
· Interact with business owners, developers, testers, and quality assurance teams.
· Get up to speed quickly and work efficiently to deliver high-quality work on time.
· Work closely with the test team to ensure requirements are implemented and tested as written.
· Create team presentations with an emphasis on process flows and graphics.
· Review, critique, and edit technical information to ensure clear, concise and well-organized documents are produced for the target audience.
· Partner with other teams such as Support, Training, and Professional Services to understand and respond to customer documentation needs

Required Skills and Experience

· 2-5 years of experience in Technical writing, business or systems analysis supporting complex information technology systems.
· Strong communication skills that include interacting with all levels of management.
· Ability to write clear, concise technical content.
· Excellent time management, problem solving, organizational, and analytical skills required.
· Ability to multitask and respond quickly to high priority tasks.
· Ability to peer review Technical documents for grammar, content and style of writing.
· Experience with Microsoft products (Word, SharePoint, PowerPoint, Visio, and Excel).
· Experience in writing software manuals, user guides, implementation plans and other Technical documents.
· Should have the ability to work independently and collaborate among team members.
· Demonstrated ability to document business processes and write detailed functional requirements.
· Demonstrated ability to come up to speed quickly on new projects and balance multiple tasks.
