Exceptional interpersonal, verbal and written communication
Excellent organizational and time management skills
Ability to move tickets to other and categorize within the different fields of IT (i.e. Network Support, Desktop Support, Server Support, etc.)
Skillful with troubleshooting and working with all Windows Operating Systems: XP, 2000 and 2007
Advanced understanding of troubleshooting networking and TCP/IP configurations with a network environment that has multiple VLANS
Able to troubleshoot, resolve, and provide resolution for issues
Advanced understanding of software related issues with the Windows platform
Familiar with vendor management regarding service parts and system RMA's
