Required Skills
Excellent Customer handling and relationship skills
Project and Account Management background in the BFSI space handling large groups
Must have held leadership responsibilities in Account Management responsibilities for large clients
High quotient on skills in client relationship management experience expected
US Mortgage Industry background if any will be an added plus
Should have worked in large organizations dealing with large BFSI customers such as Wells Fargo, JP Morgan, Citibank, Deutsche Bank, HSBC, Morgan Stanley etc. or people who have worked in the above organizations as well
Pre-sales and post-sales support experience
Large team handling experience and capability
Customer service
General management including people management
Personal motivation and integrity
Experience with working in onsite-offshore coordination is desirable
