Responsible for designing and implementing a web-chat solution across contact centers for both new businesses and existing customers.
Develop and design chat solution blue prints for different processes.
Spearhead channel migration efforts for accounts across different verticals.
Create custom process maps identifying chat trigger points for each queue/process.
Design predictive models for channel containment, customer funnel and invite management.
Liaise with partners to create custom chat solutions, rule sets and complete online journeys based on business objectives.
Understand and monitor rule performance based on initial deployment and continuously manage rules to achieve service levels.
Ensure compliance to client requirements and manage on-going program performance.
Support operations with analytical insights on rule performance and management skills.
