Experience Guidelines Education: • Associates degree or industry certifications preferred; a high school diploma or GED required. • Help Desk Institute (HDI) Support Center Team Lead and ITIL Foundations Certification desired Experience: • 2 – 5 years of service desk, call center, or desktop support experience preferred; • Prefer Experience in an Enterprise Environment; extensive knowledge of computer hardware and software.
