Requirement with Knowledge on Technical Voice Support for America Preferably
candidates with Voice Technical Support US (America) Help desk US-Global Tech Help Desk / US-Remote
support Help desk / US-Voice Tech process Associate. If with very good communication with Tech support
to UK/Australia/Europe can be considered along with below Technical Skills. Technical Skills requirement

1. Hands On Working experience in handling Incidents on Windows XP/ 7/ 8 Operating System - Issues
2. Knowledge
on MS Outlook Trouble shooting issues
3. Knowledge on SCCM and Anti-Virus
4. Knowledge in Citrix and
Mobility Support
5. Knowledge on Remote Tools (VNC/Team Viewer or any other)
6. Knowledge on Ticketing

8. Handled all types
