  Job Description
Key responsibilities
You will have the responsibility to lead and manage your team
You will be expected to succeed, and will contribute to the definition of what success means for, you, your team and its members
You will collaborate extensively with the UK Sales Director and your management peers on the strategy, approach and planning
You will take ownership of your personal development plan
You will coach your team on an ongoing basis (1-1s, account planning, opportunity reviews, forecasts, personal development plans) to ensure that their performance and development needs are first met and then exceeded, and you will ensure that the team is constantly on track to achieve targets
You will ensure at all times that you have sufficient management information (for example forecast and sales funnel data) to report outwards and upwards regularly and accurately
You will plan for success and will have contingency plans in place if any metric or KPI is projected to fall below 100% performance
It is expected that you will have:
A track record of success in management and/or in acquisition sales
