  Job Description
Statement of Job Purpose
To provide support and development of the relationship between the UK and the customers, within a portfolio, throughout the lifecycle of any project delivery and the managed service contract
To be technically responsible for the design, implementation and live service of our managed service customer
To develop and up sell additional managed service offerings to the existing managed service customers within their Portfolio
To ensure that all SLA`s and contractual obligations are fully fulfilled for existing managed service customers

Main Duties and Responsibilities

To be responsible for the delivery of the managed services contract during start up to service commencement

To own the relationship with and be the named primary contact for top tier customers. To generate a relationship and trust with a customer that demonstrates you understand the service that should be delivered.

To represent your customers within the business and drive change, service improvement and manage risk to ensure a successful deliver of service within SLA.

To own and be responsible of the agreed technical design and delivery in relation to the contract services

To provide technical design of new and changed services

To host service design and service transition workshops
