  Job Description
Looking for an experienced and dedicated Telecoms Service Delivery Support / Project Co-ordinator to join one of the most progressive managed service providers in London. This is an excellent opportunity for anyone looking to further their career in an expanding company that prides themselves on their staff culture and customer relations. As a Service Delivery Support / Project Co-ordinator you will be responsible for provisioning across all products provided by the Unified Comms division as well providing pricing support on resold services.



Responsibilities:




Service Delivery Activities
Customer Relations.
Customer Support
Sales Support

Requirements:

Use of Internal CRM and Case Ticketing system
Able to quickly and accurately provide pricing and sales support to the sales team to ensure that quotes and orders are processed in a timely manner.
Previous experience of working within datacentre/internet/telecoms sector.
Able to manage provisioning of WLR and resold voice and data services across multiple carriers delivering to agreed timescales.
Able to use WLR3 portal to provide and support wholesale line rental products.
Knowledge of ordering services through other third party carriers.
Good client facing and client management ability with highly-developed communication skills.
Service Management skills including understanding of SLAs and KPI's.
