  Job Description
Looking for an experienced and dedicated Avaya Telecoms / Telephony Support to join one of the most progressive managed service providers in London. This is an excellent opportunity for anyone looking to further their career in an expanding company that prides themselves on their staff culture and customer relations. As a Avaya Telecoms / Telephony Support you will be involved in the day-to-day customer service and projects functions of the business. You will be responsible for responding to and resolving basic, intermediate and advanced technical help desk support calls and supporting products.



The role will be actively working within a team of dedicated engineers answering calls and replying to emails. As part of the team, you will sometimes be required to attend site to change hardware.

Requirements:


2 Years work experience on Avaya and Networks
Good understanding of IT (desk top) and TCP/IP
Logical approach to problem solving and sharp trouble shooting ability
Ability to demonstrate very strong customer service skills
Solid communication skills, and the ability to build a rapport with customers
Professional and amenable telephone manner
Technical aptitude
