Software Support Analyst - 1st Line and 2nd Line - £16K - BEDFORD - ** NUMEROUS ROLES **
A FTSE 100 global software are seeking very customer focused 1st Line and 2nd Line Support Analysts, ideally with previous Support/Service Desk experience, to work on their busy support desk in Bedford. This is a truly excellent opportunity for passionate, customer service focused 1st Line and 2nd Line Analysts to build a career path with a well recognised and successful organisation.

My client develop MIS software for Schools, Governments and Local Authorities in the UK and internationally. The 1st Line and 2nd Line Software Support Analysts will be responsible for dealing with customer enquiries on the software whilst at all times be building their product knowledge.

As a Software Support Analyst, 1st Line or 2nd Line, you will be required to communicate with users to achieve customer satisfaction by delivering a timely, efficient, quality support service. As communication and customer service are key elements for these roles it is essential applicants have excellent English, both written and oral.

If successful you will sit on the Software Support Desk where you will be receiving, logging and processing enquiries from customers to achieve improved software usage. These enquiries may result from telephone calls, faxes, letters, face-to-face contact or other means.
