  Job Description
***Candidates with prior experience in selling IT Infrastructure, Middleware Technologies and Information Security Solution and Services will only be considered***
Business Development Executive is expected to sphere head the Sales and Marketing unit within Gavin Technologies, a garage start-up organization based out of Bangalore. His/Her duties include, but not limited to entire life-cycle of Sales and Marketing globally, with complete ownership of managing clients, meeting revenue targets, meeting client deliverables and grow customer base year-on-year. Key expectations for this position is defined below:

• An Entrepreneurial driven person with 5+ years of experience in dealing with product vendors and system integrators in IT Industry.
• Should have a strong sales acumen, leadership, negotiation and analytical skills.
• Should have worked on all aspects of the sales cycle right from sales planning, lead generation, client acquisition and revenue optimization.
• To catalyze the business development globally, by identifying the prospective clients for the Organization.
• Preparing and delivering customer presentations and demonstrations
• Managing and Nurturing existing client
• Maintain and improve the company's business development processes and approaches.
• Study various verticals; identify potential customers and generate leads.
• Carry out marketing research, do sales forecasting, promotional planning and brand promotion.
• Track against targets and budget.
• Able to confidently and enthusiastically take charge of new accounts and grow them
• Able to grasp things quickly
• A team player with the ability to confidently work with people
• Meet the profitability revenue goals, grow the market share, and provide customer satisfaction.
• Send regular updates to the management and actively participate in the decision making process.
• Assist in marketing and presales activities
