Test Project Manager
6+ years of leading technology projects and teams (experience in leading test automation and/or quality assurance is preferred)
Strong Excel, Visio and PowerPoint
4+ years in MS Project Skills
Experience in managing a software migration/upgrade project
Excellent verbal, written and presentation skills including communication and stakeholder management at all levels
Craft a work plan (tasks and estimated effort) with input from the team members on tasks that need to occur to meet the project objectives, including the ability forecast resources to manage project effort demand
Experience in project estimation and Work Breakdown Structure
Monitor the activities of the team to ensure that tasks are being completed on schedule, within budget and with high quality
Establish and set team priorities of work efforts (working with leadership when applicable) when change requests or other deviations from the work plan arise
Identify and manage issues/risks throughout the project lifecycle, and escalate to leadership attention, including schedule or work estimates changes
Communicate effectively status in a timely manner
Ensure project deliverables are in compliance with the client's standards, including appropriate project documentation archival and sign-off as required by corporate standards
Collaborate with the cross functional application teams including project managers and leaders to clearly understand requirements and develop project proposal, QC upgrade schedule and stakeholder prioritization
Coordinate the prioritization of the requested enhancements for QC Upgrade to ALM and develop a scope document
Ensure proper environment, equipment, software is adequate for QC Upgrade initiative
Ability to hold people accountable through appropriate tracking mechanisms
Ability to influence others in a positive manner
Understanding of ALM Architecture components such as templates
