Qualifications
Thorough knowledge of MS Windows Server environments
Solid understanding of prevailing virtualization technologies is desired.
Experience with documentation for system builds, configurations, support procedures.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Excellent customer service skills with strong focus on customer satisfaction.
Strong problem-solving skills with an emphasis on quick problem resolution
Strong critical thinking and troubleshooting skills with the ability to determine problems and act without supervision within an established process framework.
Must be able to accommodate a flexible work schedule that may occasionally include nights, weekends or holidays as required.
