Cisco ASA Firewall
Juniper SSL VPN (NOT Juniper Netscreen Firewall)
BlueCoat Proxy SG

Hands-on expertise in designing and implementing technical security solutions, including firewalls and VPN s. Verifiable experience with on site implementations of one or more the following security devices: Cisco ASA Firewall, Cisco VPN Concentrator, Juniper Netscreen Firewall, Juniper SSL VPN, Bluecoat ProxySG

Develop security policy baselines for device deployments and ensure the baselines are followed

Develop documentation, perform product evaluation, and service integration for new and existing supported security products

Perform security device installations and upgrades

Perform non-standard changes on security devices

Contribute to shared knowledge base

Excellent customer service skills and awareness

High level of verbal and written communication skills

ITSM Process knowledge is necessary
