Job Description
You will be part of the Bid-Office team responsible for servicing all opportunities that come within Customer Experience domain from client across Europe, Middle East and African Regions.

Liaise with various stakeholders within Oracle across regions to arrive at the solutions

Anchor the calls along with Subject Matter Experts and understand the customers requirement.

Convert the requirement to estimates and prepare pre-sales exhibit as required by the Sales Representative.

Work on short RightNow / SRM engagements

Qualification
Masters in Business Administration (Preferred)
Bachelor of Engineering/Technology
Level of Experience
0-2 year in IT
Other Skills (If Any)
Very good communication skills
Self Starter: Should be able to take tasks to closure very quickly
Very good interpersonal skills
Very good conceptual understanding of ERP/SAAS/Cloud
Good understanding of CRM-CX domain
Good understanding of at least one CRM product (Preferred)
Willing to work in Europe Shift
Should be very good over phone
