  Job Description
The Role / the Person:

As a Helpdesk Analyst your day to day responsibilities will include working on the service desk / helpdesk providing external clients remote 1st line support. You should be confident in supporting a Windows environment, supporting Active Directory completing account set ups and resets. You should have an excellent customer service manor as you will be call logging, dealing with queries over the phone and email. As a Helpdesk Analyst you will work to SLA's ensuring you are trying to resolve the issue or escalate further. You should have some knowledge of ITIL standards and this should be demonstrated in your CV.
