Qualifications


BA/BS degree. Masters Preferred
Requires a general understanding of all of the Phase2 verticals.
Must possess at least five years of consultative experience, preferably either in a technical, project management or client consulting capacity.
Requires practical knowledge open source technologies, trends, and solutions.
Requires knowledge of the principles of enterprise web-oriented software development.
Must have experience presenting business cases and communicating value propositions to customers.
Possess excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Requires proven ability to work well independently as well as part of a team.
Requires strong collaboration and communication skills with team members and clients.
Candidate must have the proven ability to manage time while working on a variety of tasks.
Ability to convert large amounts of technical information into concise descriptions tailored to client business/operational needs.
Excellent at establishing collaborative relationships within internal and external organizations and employs a consultative sales approach to meeting customers needs.
Experience in responding to RFPs and writing and delivering proposals.
Experience with relationship building and consultative sales abilities with outstanding presentation, communication, technical, and interpersonal skills
Well-developed written and verbal communication skills.
Has a firm foundation in traditional Sales Methodologies with the ability to develop quarterly and annual go-to-market sales plans to secure new business and exceed personal goals
Experience working with content management systems (CMS).
