  Job Description
? 3+ years' experience in an Information Technology environment
? 3+ years of help desk experience
? Must have excellent communications skills; oral, written, and listening
? Ability to work independently as well as in a team setting
? Attention to detail and have a strong sense of urgency
? Ability to multitask in a demanding environment
? Experience with Active Directory, Informix, ACF2 Mainframe, Remedy, MS Office
Suite, AS400, Mainframe, Web Based Programs.

The following qualifications would be considered a plus:
? SSCP, Security+ Certification
? A+ or other minor IT certification
? Prior experience working in a government environment
? Experience with TOP secret, ACF2 and RACF security

? Certifications: A+, Network+ or Security +
? Two (2) years experience in Federal government or large organization IT environment
? Three (3) + years in IT Security or Information Assurance

Not required; preferable to have Bachelors Degree in an IT-related field
