  Job Description
The selected candidates will be a part of the Panel Support Team and will be providing Technical Troubleshooting [problems pertaining to Laptops] to the companys clients in the US.
The process is an inbound process.
Troubleshooting will be provided via Voice and E-Mails. (70% Voice, 30% emails) PS:
The selected candidates will be talking to our own internal clients; hence there are no targets and upsellings in this process.
