Application Support Analyst
• A full understanding of SQL, Cache Object Script, Cache / Mumps. Candidates should be fully conversant in all areas and have the ability to diagnose issues and then design and build suitable application fixes. Candidates must have the ability to work under pressure.
• Basic knowledge of the technologies that underpin Quasar with a focus on Cache preferred, but training can be provided.
• Basic knowledge of the platform that supports Quasar preferred. Knowledge of specific platform configuration is not essential.
Experience / other requirements:
All candidates are expected to be client facing and able to engage with contacts at all levels within the customer organisation. Excellent communication skills both written and verbal are therefore required.
Required computer skills:
In addition to the specifics noted above, candidates should be competent users of Unix operating systems and Microsoft Office products such as Outlook, Word and Excel, Project and PowerPoint.
