  Job Description
You will be providing 2nd and 3rd line IT support to colleagues and clients and will also be responsible for carrying out key IT processes and checks.

Graduates with no work experience would be considered for the role, preferably coming from an IT/Business background. You should be eager to start a career in IT, bright and enthusiastic with a strong interest in IT. The ideal candidate will have close attention to detail and the ability to follow processes as well as provide excellent customer services.

Applicants with relevant experience will also be considered, they should be able to problem solve and think on their feet, so should have a good breadth of IT experience as the work carried out is quite diverse.

The role will involve shift work between the hours of 7am-6pm and one weekend a month (overtime paid)

Relevant Skills
Configuration and installation of PC and server hardware and software
Configuration and support of PCs, Windows, e-mail systems, networks and Lotus Notes
Excellent interpersonal skills in handling contacts with users, other staff and suppliers.

Desirable Skills
Knowledge of ITIL support service standards
AS/400 operation and support
