Required Qualifications, Education and Experience:
Minimum of 2 year degree/ or certification in a computer-related field.
Minimum 1 to 2 years' experience in helpdesk.
Working knowledge of Acronis Imaging Server
Working knowledge of DHCP, DNS, TCP/IP and Active Directory
