Must have experience with the following:
Must understand and have experience in full recruiting life cycle
Strong Technical Recruiting Experience
Leadership and Organizational skills
Prior experience with negotiating, formalizing and administering terms and conditions of employment agreements.
Experience with Full life cycle HR
Must have prior experience with hiring candidates who need H-1b transfers, Green Card processing
Minimum 2+ years of IT recruitment / Technical Staff Augmentation recruiting experience is necessary. Prior experience recruiting Executive/Sales Leads is a great plus.
Extensive experience in the sourcing prospective employees, Headhunting.
The ability to successfully manage, resolve problems, and maintain a professional team
Associates or Bachelors Degree preferred but industry experience will compensate for the education.
Excellent verbal / written communication and interpersonal skills.
Proven record of accomplishment in developing and implementing recruitment strategies.
