  Job Description
Working for a niche software solutions business (market leader), you will be responsible for working as part of a 2nd line team, dealing with day to day client calls, providing 2nd line investigation and diagnosis and providing technical solutions to a broad range of issues.

Key skills required:
Previous Service Desk Experience
Windows OS
Linux OS
Web Servers and Databases (technical understanding of)
ITIL (preferred)
Good time management
Innovative thinker
Quality driven
Attention to detail and able to report information in a aesthetically pleasing format
Some experience with Java 1.6 useful

Duties will include:

2nd Line Support
Troubleshooting
Managing incidents through full lifecycle
Dealing with calls escalated from 1st line team
Provide statistics for management reporting
Product Root Cause documentation and reports
Train others on reporting techniques
Assist with training material for external clients
Respond to user queries by reporting users and conducting further business analysis
