  Job Description
MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. To create customized marketing strategies, pricing strategy, competitive advantage, brand building, premium service niche etc. and accountable for strategies and marketing objectives
2. Developing market intelligence, key accounts, competitor information.
3. To manage and take responsibility of all clients, managing and delivering all aspects of their marketing requirement and building excellent client relations.
4. Marketing (adding up new clients) developing a database of existing as well as new clients.
5. Should be able to generate and maintain strong client al database
6. Develop marketing proposals as per clients requirements
7. Maintaining payment data for all the clients (follow up for outstanding payments)
8. Develop SLA for all the clients
9. Meetings with senior staff for new ideas/concepts new trends up in the market
10. Maintain a proper portfolio of accounts.
11. Responsibility for monitoring MIS/Daily sales report/ customer satisfaction surveys.

CONFIDENTIALITY: The post holder must maintain the confidentiality of the company and its clients/ contacts at all the times.

SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATIONS: Bachelor in any stream with MBA/PGDBM (Marketing) Travels and Tourism

RELEVANT EXPERIENCE: 2-6 of experience in core sales and Marketing Candidates with experience in travel and tourism industry will be preferred

1. Excellent communication skills with pleasant personality
2. Good Knowledge of the service industry Should be able to create and market the brand of the company
3. Good in building strong relationship with the clients
4. Good in negotiation should have very good interpersonal skills
5. Good selling skills and marketing acumen team player open to multicasting customers orientation
6. Continues improvements in customer services and necessary upgrades to exceed customer expectations
7. Good presentation skills Analytical skills ability to analyze situation and provide solutions
