  Job Description
Primary Responsibilities:

1. Drive and execute end to end engineering capital project IT engagements for Chemical, Energy or Mining clients
2. Analyze typical capital project technology landscape and have the ability to work across technology landscape including SAP, Primavera
3. Understand and articulate clients requirements and been accountable for deep functional expertise on Primavera
4. Understand the clients objectives and business drivers and devise an approach to the solution
5. Lead a team of junior team members for the requirement analysis, solution design, roadmap, implementation plan, budget and resource planning activities
6. Overall accountability for the project outcomes and completion of project deliverables owned by team members
7. Contribute to capability development through asset management, people related initiative and trainings
8. Manage clients expectation to enhance delivery quality and customer satisfaction

Supervisory Responsibilities:

1. Lead and direct junior team members to achieve project outcomes
2. Should be able to build, manage teams of similar skills and maintain relationships effectively
3. Actively mentor other consultants on areas of expertise

Must Have Knowledge and Skills

1. Strong expertise in Capital projects either as an EPCM or in consulting role
2. Deep Primavera functional knowledge and worked on at least and more Capital projects in Chemicals, Energy or Mining
3. Able to work across the typical capital project technology landscape including SAP, Primavera
4. Strong consulting and client management skills
5. Strong interpersonal skills and ability to coach and motivate a team
6. Should possess multi-tasking capabilities and the ability to work both independently as well as collaboratively as part of a multi-disciplinary team environment.
7. Should have strong analytical and communication skills and effective presentation and client facing skills
8. Structured and issue based problem solving and assessments
9. Mange internal and external stakeholder expectations
10. Ability to work across levels and geographies
11. Lead and direct cross functional teams
12. Advanced MS Office skills, especially PowerPoint and Excel

Work Experience Requirements

2. Travel Requirements-Flexibility to travel in India and around the world as required for project deliver
