  Job Description
Our client a UK leading publishing giant are looking to recruit a Salesforce Manager to manage the growth of there CRM system.
The Salesforce Manager will be responsible for ensuring that the business has a best-in-class Salesforce instance along with managing the road map of changes to continually improve the CRM.
The SFDC Manager will work closely with various business units, such as; Technology, Customer Services, Marketing, and Sales to understand there Salesforce requirements and accommodate accordingly.

Key Responsibilities will include:
*Undertake the role of an internal Project Manager and Business analyst to understand the businesses requirements, create user stories, implementation and management of solutions in Salesforce
*Administrate the Salesforce.com system
*Lead Salesforce.com configuration
*Responsible for data integrity and data cleaning.
*Responsible for managing various Salesforce related add-on's such as Eloqua, and also implement new add-on's to improve business processes.
*Create and deliver Salesforce.com training to users on a regular basis.

Requirements
*Salesforce.com administration experience
*Experience creating Salesforce.com solutions via system design and configuration
*Salesforce implementation experience
*Strong business analysis skills
*Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
