  Job Description
1. Responsible to promote IT Product and Services in to the International Market (North America).
2. Manage entire Sales life-cycle including identify business opportunities and drive profitable new business with client mapping, cold calling, prospecting, lead qualification, product/service presentation, proposal presentation and sales closure.
3. To cultivate, build and manage relationships with Decision-makers and Project Sponsors.

Responsibility:

1. Cold Calling.
2. Lead/Appointment Generation with Decision Makers (CEO's/CTO"s).
3. Presentation.
4. Generate and maintain a healthy sales pipeline.

Desired Candidate Profile:

1. Should have minimum 1+ years of Sale and Marketing experience and Knowledge of the US/Canada markets.
2. Experience in developing a lead pipeline from the ground up including cold calling, building new accounts and increasing sales in existing accounts.
3. Excellent communication skills - phone and email. Excellent telephone presence with demonstrated skills including the ability to engage in meaningful conversations with and to make remote presentations to all levels of management and technical professionals.
4. Candidate must have Excellent English communication skills, both verbal and written.
5. Candidate should have Prior exposure to US Sales OR US outbound process.
6. Candidate should have Excellent telephone and selling skills.
7. Looking for individuals with good persuasive skills and who have passion for Sales.
8. Excellent lead qualification and lead generation skills to discover opportunities for sales follow up.
9. Target Oriented and must be comfortable in International client interface.
10. Accent neutralization for international market would be a plus.
11. Understanding of offshore software services model will be a plus.
12. Candidate willing to work for US process and comfortable for US work timings should only apply.
