HR Business Partner
Includes supporting in the development and implementation of creative and successful sourcing strategies, processes, and KPIs, to provide a continuous pipeline of qualified applicants for Inteal and exteal hiring.
Primarily, you will be responsible for recruitment and sourcing across multiple functions, levels and geographies in India, Middle East, Africa, and Asia Pacific (IMEAAP). This role requires strong proactive sourcing expertise for IMEAAP, leveraging social networking, developing and maintaining candidate pipelines.
You will act as inteal advisory to the Lead of Recruitment and HR Business Partners, keeping up to date on new developments and tools used i proactive sourcing.
This includes social networking but also how to effectively leverage exteal tools across IMEAAPs diverse locations to attract the specific candidate market.
