  Job Description
The role will be responsible for providing in-depth Siebel Product and Pricing support and will be involved in the day to day work of resolving incidents and problems while ensuring SLA targets are met.

This is a hands-on position requiring knowledge of the Siebel Product and Pricing modules and experience in working with business processes that support Sales, Service and Marketing functions.

Key Accountabilities
* Triaging and resolving CRM support incidents
* Maintaining Siebel Product and Pricing solutions, procedures and data
* Working with end-users to analyse and understand their CRM needs
* Gathering and documenting business requirements
* Translating business requirements to functional specifications
* Creating process and knowledge object documentation.
* Writing and executing test plans, test cases and co-ordinate User Acceptance Testing, when/if needed.
* Creating and managing change requests and incident tickets and ensuring end-users are regularly updated on their progress.
* Providing end-user instruction and training where needed.

Key Experience
* Siebel Product Administration experience; Access Groups, Party, Catalogs and Categories
* Experience on customization of complex product models e.g. Attributes, Product Classes
* Experience on migrating products between Siebel environments
* Pricing administration e.g. attribute adjustments pricing
* Experience supporting Siebel CRM applications, ideally Sales, Marketing and Service
* Experience working in a support team
* Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
* Excellent troubleshooting skills

Preferred candidates will also have:
* Supporting Siebel CRM and OBIEE applications
* Support of interfaces between Siebel and other Oracle applications
* Oracle 10g/11g database, Oracle BI and reporting tools, knowledge of SQL is highly desirable
* General understanding of PCs, networks, application and web servers, operating systems and technology.
