Tech Support Analyst
We are currently looking for a Technical Support for a client of mine in Minneapolis, MN area and would love to hear from you if you meet the following criteria.
*This contract length will be anywhere from 4-6 months.
Description of Account Administration position:
*Primary responsibilities of this Accounts Administration position will be to create new user network accounts from a major acquisition taking place, part of this process will be to research failed new user network account creations.
*This includes but not limited to: create, modify, and revoke accounts
*New Employee, contractor and vendor partner network account creation, conversion, and reactivation.
*Processing of account terminations.
*Administer Remote Access accounts
*1+ years of experience in an Account Administrative environment.
*Experience with Windows 7 / XP, Outlook
*Ability to work in a fast paced environment. Can quickly adapt to a changing environment, works well independently and as a team player.
*Troubleshooting and problem solving skills. Ability to quickly analyze and determine severity of problems.
*Customer service, communication, problem-solving, analytical, troubleshooting, team work and good prioritization skills.
