Originations Project Manager
The candidate must have sound construction and construction administration knowledge, and be able to effectively liaise with lenders, investors, developers and contractors.
The ideal candidate will have a university level degree in Architecture, Construction Engineering, Construction Management, Facilities Management, Quantity Surveying or similar, and a minimum of five years of comparable experience.
Consideration may be given to candidates with an equivalent combination of education, a minimum of 10 years of related experience, and/or who are pursuing or have attained a construction related professional qualification such as AC, CPC, LEED AP, PE, PMP, RA, RICS, etc.
